无机填料复配对硅酮密封胶性能的影响

摘　　要：将纳米碳酸钙(简称纳钙)分别与重质碳酸钙(简称重钙)、粉煤灰进行复配,制备了单组分RTV-1型(室温固化-1型)硅酮密封胶,并对密封胶的表干时间、硬度、拉伸剪切强度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率等进行了测定。研究结果表明:重钙、粉煤灰可部分取代纳钙,对表干时间影响不大,但不同程度地增加了密封胶的硬度、降低了拉伸强度和断裂伸长率;重钙的引入降低了密封胶的拉伸剪切强度,当m(纳钙)∶m(重钙)>1∶4(相对于复配填料质量而言)时,密封胶的综合性能仍满足国家标准要求;粉煤灰的增强效果优于重钙,当m(纳钙)∶m(粉煤灰)=4∶1(相对于复配填料质量而言)时,密封胶的拉伸剪切强度优于纳钙单独填充体系;在试验范围内,粉煤灰可取代纳钙单独引入密封胶中。The one-component RTV-1 type（room temperature curing-1 type）silicone sealants were prepared bycomposite between nano-calcium carbonate（abbreviation nano-calcium）and heavy calcium carbonate（abbreviationheavy-calcium）or coal ash,and some properties（such as surface drying time,hardness,tensile shear strength,tensile strength and elongation at break）of sealant were measured. The research results showed that the nano-calcium could be partly replaced by heavy-calcium or coal ash,which influences on surface drying time were little,but the hardness of sealant was increased in different degree,and the tensile strength and elongation at break weredecreased. The tensile shear strength of sealant was decreased after introducing heavy- calcium,but thecombination property of sealant could still meet the requirements of national standards when mass ratio of m（nano-calcium）∶m（heavy-calcium）was above 1∶4 in composite filler. The enhancing effect of coal ash was better thanthat of heavy-calcium,and the tensile shear strength of sealant with coal ash/nano-calcium filling system was betterthan that with nano-calcium alone filling system when mass ratio of m（nano-calcium）∶m（coal ash）was 4∶1 incomposite filler. In experiment scope,the coal ash as replacing nano- calcium could be alone introduced intosealant.
