机织管状人工韧带的结构及性能研究

摘  要:人体膝关节是人类运动受伤频发的部位,对于膝关节韧带损伤常用的治疗方法是自体移植物和异体移植物的移植。但自体移植物与异体移植物存在一定的缺陷和来源少等问题,这使得人工韧带移植治疗方法具有较大的发展前景。采用三种不同线密度的涤纶纱线设计并织造12种管状试样,对试样进行力学性能测试。试验结果表明:当纱线线密度为22.2 dtex、经纱数为120根、每筘穿入数为6时,人工韧带的强力为827 N、断裂伸长率为57%,机织管状人工韧带的力学性能曲线接近于人体韧带。可进一步研究人工韧带的耐持久性及生物相容性,使人工韧带成为人体韧带的理想移植物。The human knee-joint is a part where human frequent sports injuries happen. The common medical treatments are made by autotransplantation and allograft transplantation. However, the autograft and allografts have defects and few sources, which makes artificial ligament transplantation treatment have great prospects for development. Three kinds of polyester yarn, with different specifications, are used to design and weave out twelve woven tube samples. Mechanical performances are tested on these samples. The results show that when the yarn density is 22.2 dtex, the number of picks is 120, and the reeding number is 6, the broking load is 827 N, and the elongation at break is 57%. So the mechanical performance curves of the woven tubular artificial ligament are close to one of the human body ligament. It is feasible to further study the artificial ligament persistence resistance and biocompatibility, which makes artificial ligaments an ideal human body ligament graft in the future.
