兰州地区特殊情况紧急抢救输血的供血情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨《特殊情况紧急抢救输血推荐方案》对兰州地区紧急抢救输血的意义。方法对2014年1月-2015年12月期间,兰州地区3家三甲医院申请紧急抢救用血情况进行回顾性分析。结果推荐方案实施后,兰州地区3家三甲医院参考推荐方案紧急抢救输血677例;兰州地区紧急抢救供血冬季供血矛盾突出;Rh(-)患者紧急抢救输血无Rh(-)血时ABO同型血输注比率2014年为8.57%,2015年增高到17.48%。结论在《特殊情况紧急抢救输血推荐方案》的指导下,甘肃省血液中心和医院相互配合,有效提高了危急情况下输血的时效性和安全性。Objective To explore the significance of the recommend scheme for blood transfusion during emergency rescue under special circumstances in Lanzhou. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the emergency rescue under special circumstances of blood transfusion in three Grade Ⅰ hospitals in Lanzhou area from January 2014 to December2015. Results Under the guidance of the recommendation,677 cases were resuscitated and received transfusion in the three Grade Ⅰ hospitals in Lanzhou. There was an outstanding discrepancy between blood supply and demand in winter season.The ratio of consistent infusion in Rh D negative patients increased,when compared to Rh negative patients who received emergency rescue transfusion. The ratio of those who received emergency transfusion in 2014 was 8. 57% and increased to17. 48% in 2015. Conclusion Under the guidance of blood transfusion of emergency rescue under special circumstance,the blood center of Gansu province cooperates with the hospital in Lanzhou and effectively improve the timely delivery and security in emergency rescue transfusion.
