摘　　要：通过分析输血相关病案存在的问题并提出改善方案,来加强病案管理。从输血管理委员会对临床医生加强专业培训;临床输血管理系统增加病案环节质控措施;医院加大监管力度,3方面提高输血相关病案内涵质量,确保医疗安全,减少医疗纠纷。Via analyzing the problems of blood transfusion related medical records,we try to put forward the improvement schemes to enhance the management of medical records. To improve the quality of blood transfusion related medical record,and ensure the safety of medical and reduce medical disputes,we can start from three aspects,that were using the blood transfusion management committee for clinical doctors to strengthen professional training; using clinical blood transfusion management system to increase the link quality management based on terminal quality control of medical records and the strengthened hospital supervision.
