摘　　要：深低温停循环主动脉手术通常伴随着患者凝血功能紊乱,其中血小板功能受损是最主要原因。术前行自体血小板分离,采集富血小板血浆,在体外循环结束中和肝素后回输,能改善患者的凝血功能,减少其异体血输注量,改善其预后,具有良好的可行性。Patients undergoing aortic surgery with deep hypothermic circulatory arrest usually develop coagulopathy primarily due to impaired platelet function. The achievable technique of preoperative autologous platelet plasmapheresis to collect platelet rich plasma,which is re-transfused to the patient after neutralization of heparin,can lead to improved coagulation function,reduced allogeneic blood product transfusion and better clinical outcome.
