摘　　要：高端数控机床的有效利用是制造企业面向高端化、数字化转型升级的重要标志,也是天津市建设全国先进制造研发基地的重要需求。通过实地调研,分析了天津市五轴及以上高端数控机床的市场分布情况、机床利用率及目前存在的主要问题。同时,针对天津市科技型中小企业购置高端数控机床的迫切需要和面临的困难,提出了有效盘活资源的具体措施,以提升我市高端制造业加工服务水平;同时,提出开展云制造服务、平台架构与规范研究等重要攻关课题,旨在破解技术难题,为政府和决策部门提供参考。The effective use of high-grade CNC machine tool is not only an important sign of manufacturing enterprises’ transformation and upgrading towards high-end and digitalization,but also a significant demand of the national advanced manufacturing and R&D base construction in Tianjin.Based on field research,the paper analyzes market distribution, utilization,and main problems of the high-grade CNC machine tools with five axles and above in Tianjin.According to the requirements of high-grade CNC machine tools for small and medium sized enterprises,it proposes specific measures to solve the problems by making an inventory of resources,improving the manufacturing level of service and actively carrying out the cloud manufacturing service,platform architectures and normative research,which provides a reference for the government and its decision-making departments.
