天津市主城区再生水利用对策研究

摘　　要：对天津市主城区再生水利用现状进行总结,分析了再生水利用过程中存在的主要问题,提出了促进天津市再生水利用效果的政策措施,通过建立鼓励和扶持再生水产业发展的政策体系、扶持再生水设施建设的政策体系、严格控制再生水水源污染、提高居民认知度、普及推广使用再生水等措施实现天津市再生水的有效利用。The status of reclaimed water utilization in the main urban area in Tianjin was summarized,existing issues in the reclaimed water utilization were analyzed,and the policy and measures to promote the reclaimed water utilization in Tianjin were put forward.It concluded that the measures,such as the establishment of policy system which encouragesand supports the development of reclaimed water industry,policy system which supports the construction of reclaimed water facilities,strict control of reclaimed water pollution,improving the residents’ recognition and popularizing the use of re-claimed water,would be useful to realize the effective utilization of reclaimed water in Tianjin.
