摘　　要：科技创业环境与活跃度的优劣、高低是反映一个地区创新创业工作开展成效以及区域经济发展程度的重要体现,只有营造优越的科技创业环境和努力提高科技创业活跃度才能推动创新创业这一经济发展引擎更好地发挥作用,提升经济发展活力。在深入调研的基础上,分析了天津市科技创业环境和活跃度的现状,指出其优势与不足,提出进一步的对策建议,以期为天津科技创业环境改善和活跃度提升提供借鉴和参考。Both advantages and disadvantages and quality of the environment and activeness of entrepreneurship in an area reflect the work efficiency of the innovation and entrepreneurship of the area and its extent of economic development.Only by creating a good environment and improving the activeness will functionize the engine to drive forward the economic de-velopment.Based on surveys,the status quo of the environment and activeness of entrepreneurship in Tianjin was analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages were pointed out and relative countermeasures were presented as so to provide reference for the improvement of these fields in Tianjin.
