摘　　要：随着市场经济的快速发展和房地产业的繁荣,在商业住宅的大面积开发中,由于施工技术水平、质量管理水平的差异导致工程质量存在这样或那样的问题。对质量的投诉呈现出越来越多、越来越广泛的趋势,特别是基础工程部分的质量问题引发的关注度最高。基于施工中的实践经验,对施工过程中易被忽视的关键环节进行剖析,并提出相应的建议,供施工企业参考。With the rapid development of the market economy and the prosperity of the real estate industry,quality engi-neering problems rise in this way or that way following the large scale development of commercial and residential buildings due to the differences in technical level or quality management level of the construction.As a result,complaints on quality are growing extensively,especially in basic engineering quality problems.Based on work experiences in construction,this paper analyzes weak links which are often ignored during the construction,and puts forward corresponding suggestionsfor the construction enterprises’ reference.
