摘  要:以膜结构中空玻璃为研究对象,通过与普通中空玻璃对比,研究腔体数量配置对其保温性能的影响,并探讨膜结构中空玻璃的合理配置。研究表明,中空玻璃腔体数量的增加对其保温性能的提升具有积极的影响,腔体数量相同的膜结构中空玻璃与相同配置的多玻中空玻璃保温性能相似,从实际使用角度出发,三腔体的膜结构中空玻璃优越性好于多玻中空玻璃,其中以5L+9A+M+9A+M+9A+5N配置的保温性能最优,5N+6A+M+6A+M+6A+5N的保温性能最低。Taking membrane structured hollow glass as the research object,the study compares it with ordinary insulating glass and explores the impact of the number of cavity on its heat insulation performance and probes into the rational alloca-tion of membrane structure hollow glass.Studies have shown that the increase of hollow glass cavities has a positive impact on the insulation performance and the insulation performance of hollow glass with the same cavity number and same mem-brane structure is similar with that of membrane structure hollow glass.For practical application,the three-cavity membrane structured hollow glass has more advantages,of which the configuration of 5L+9A+M+9A+M+9A+5N has the most optimal capability of heat preservation,and the configuration of 5N+6A+M+6A+M+6A+5N has the lowest heat preservation performance.
