摘 要:通过模压成型工艺制备不同孔隙率的树脂基摩擦材料,研究孔隙率对其力学性能及无润滑条件下摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:随着孔隙率的增加,摩擦材料内抗剪强度和压缩强度降低,表面粗糙度大幅度增加;不同温度下摩擦材料摩擦因数随孔隙率呈现出不同的变化趋势,低温下摩擦因数随着孔隙率的增加先增大后减小,高温下摩擦因数则是先降低而后增大,而孔隙率对中温摩擦因数影响不明显;孔隙率较低的摩擦材料具有较高且稳定的摩擦因数及低的磨损率。Resin-based friction composites with different porosity percentage were fabricated by mould pressing process.The effects of porosity percentage on the mechanical properties of the composites and the tribological behaviors under dryfriction were investigated.Experimental results show that with the porosity increasing,the surface roughness of the composite is significantly increased,while shear strengthen and compressive strengthen are decreased.The friction coefficient of thecomposite with different porosity percentage has different trends at different temperatures,it is firstly increased and thendecreased with the porosity increasing at low temperature,firstly decreased and then increased at high temperature.However,the porosity percentage has less effect on friction coefficient at medium temperature.The composites with low porositypercentage have higher and more stable friction coefficient,which exhibit much lower wear rate.
