摘 要:以百合品种索尔邦试管苗为材料,研究不同照光光源(LED、CCFL和PGFL)处理对百合试管苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明:LED照光处理下,百合试管苗的根数、根长、根部及整体干鲜质量、气孔密度、可溶性蛋白、叶绿素含量和根系活力均达到最大值;CCFL照光处理下百合试管苗株高、叶长、地上部干鲜质量达到最大值;PGFL照光处理下百合试管苗的干物率达到最大值。气孔大小、气孔面积与气孔密度呈现负相关。综上所述,LED光源照光处理对促进百合试管苗的生长和提高其品质效果明显。The effects of different light sources( LED,CCFL and PGFL) on growth and physiological property of Lilium in vitro were studied in this research,which selected Sorbonne as material. The results showed that the plantlets in vitro of Lilium sorbonne had the largest root number,root length,root and total dry fresh weight,stomatal density,soluble protein content,chlorophyll content and root vigor under LED treatment. The plant height,leaf length and shoot dry fresh weight reached the maximum under CCFL treatment. The PGFL treatment had the largest dry mass rate. The stomatal size and stomatal area were negatively correlated with stomatal density. It could be concluded that the treatment of LED had obvious effects on promoting the growth and physiological characteristics and improving the quality of Lilium sorbonne in vitro.
