档案学专业创新型实践教学体系的构建

摘　　要：档案学专业实践教学容易形成程式化、标准化的实验体系与体验式的实习模式,而技术革命带来的挑战与机遇需要培养具有创新意识与能力的人才。为此,本文从创新培养需求的角度深入分析了档案学专业实践教学要解决的基本问题;对问题中涉及的关键要素按照研究型教学的要求进行了分析;研究了问题、知识、环境与创新之间的系统相关性,并提出了以培养可持续学习与综合创新能力为导向的档案学实践教学体系。Experimental teaching for archives tend to be stylized and standardized.Also,professional practice often evolve into experiential practice.But,the challenge and opportunity because of technical innovating need to cultivate talents which have innovation consciousness and ability. The paper analyses deeply the basic problems how to implement innovation culture for archive professional students,and discusses the critical factors. To develop sustainable learning and comprehensive innovation ability as the guidance, practice teaching system for archival science professional is put forward by studing the correlation between problem domain,knowledge and environment.
