西欧国家体育赛场突发事件应急管理经验及借鉴

摘　　要：由于近年国际社会局面动荡的不断加剧,体育赛场突发事件频率逐年增加,对我国体育赛事的发展带来重大的阻碍影响。在相关文献梳理的基础上,分别以英国、德国、意大利体育赛场突发事件为例,对应急管理的应急组织体制、预测预警机制、应急处置机制、法律保障体系等方面的相关经验进行介绍。在此基础上,结合我国体育赛场突发事件的应急管理的现状,提出提高我国应对突发事件的对策建议。With the development of sports industry in China,sports games has become an important way to promote the city 's economic development and strengthening of national people exchanges,however,due to the situation in recent years,the international community's growing unrest,sports stadium incident frequency is increasing year by year,have become an significant block impact on the development of sports events. This article based on the relevant literature review,as the example in the United Kingdom,Germany,Italy sports stadium emergencies,from an emergency organization system of emergency management,forecasting experience early warning mechanisms,emergency response mechanisms,legal security system and other aspects of the presentation,on this basis,the status of the national sports stadium incident emergency management,at finally,proposed some suggestions about how to increase the country Response forceto cope with the emergencies.
