基于导波反射系数的管道缺陷周向定位研究

摘  要:使用L(0,2)模态导波结合反射回波系数实现对管道裂纹缺陷的快速、准确定位。建立管道导波检测系统,激励L(0,2)模态导波,并采集管道裂纹缺陷的检测信号,编写MATLAB程序提取检测信号中裂纹处的反射回波系数,绘制裂纹周向反射回波系数曲线。结果表明:裂纹周向反射回波系数曲线呈现出不规则的环状,且在与裂纹周向相位相同的位置,反射回波系数明显最大。通过裂纹周向反射回波系数曲线较好地实现了周向定位。The reflection coefficients of L ( 0 , 2 ) mode were used to make a quickly and accurately location of pipeline cracks. The pipeline guided wave inspection system was built in this paper, and the echo signal data for cracks were collected by L (0,2 ) mode. Besides, the MATLAB program was completed to extract the reflection coefficients, and made the reflection coefficient curve of crack. The result shows the reflection coefficient curve of pipe crack is an irregular graphic,and the maximum reflection coefficient appears at the same phase of the pipe crack. A good location can be achieved by the circumferential reflection coefficient curve.
