摘 要:采用六氯二硅乙烷与乙醇的酯化反应制得六乙氧基二硅乙烷。考察了加料方式、酯化温度、乙醇用量和N2流量等对产物收率的影响。较佳工艺为:乙醇与六氯二硅乙烷的量之比为6.05∶1、加料采用乙醇滴加方式、程序升温控制、N2流量1.0 L/min、真空度0.02 MPa,此时产物的摩尔收率为89.2%;经红外光谱和质谱分析,证实产物为六乙氧基二硅乙烷。Bis ( triethoxysilyl) ethane was prepared by esterification of 1 ,2-b is-( trichlorosilyl) ethane andalcohol. The effects of ways of adding m aterials, reaction tem perature, dosage of ethanol and nitrogen gas onyeild of the product were investigated. Then the optimum conditions for synthesis of bis ( triethoxysilyl) ethanewere obtained as fo llo w s: the mole ratio of ethanol and 1 ,2 - b is ( trichlorosilyl) ethane was 6. 05 to 1 , ethanoladded drop by drop and temperature programming control were adapted ; nitrogen flow rate was 1 . 0 + min vacuum was 0. 02 M Pa. The final product whose molar yield was 89. 2 C , was characterized by IR and MS analysisand confirmed as 1 ,2 -b is ( triethoxysilyl) ethane.
