摘  要:研究了增塑剂和填料体系对密封胶耐水性能的影响。结果表明,增塑剂对产品耐水性能影响明显,采用邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)增塑剂的产品耐水性能优于采用聚丙二醇PPG4000增塑剂的;以PPG4000为增塑剂的产品中,采用白炭黑和活性纳米碳酸钙填料体系的产品耐水性最好,而活性纳米碳酸钙填料体系次之,活性纳米碳酸钙与重钙填料体系最差;各产品中,MS-Q01适用于短期水分环境,MSF08的力学性能脱离水分环境后可以恢复,MS-J01、MS-D01则不能用于水分环境。The effects of different plasticizers and fillers on the water resistance of silicone modified polyether sealant were tested. Results showed that the plasticizers had great effect on the water resistance of the product. DINP had better water resitance than that of PPG 4000,but for the filters the mix system of aerosil and active nano-Ca CO3 had the best water resistance,and the active nano-Ca CO3 filling system the better,and the active nano-Ca CO3 and Ca CO3 system the worst. MS-Q01 was suitable for short-term water environment,the mechanical properties of MS-F08 could be recovered after drying,MS-D01,MS-J01 could not be used in the water environment.
