四物汤配方颗粒与传统饮片煎剂治疗血虚症患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对比四物汤的配方颗粒与传统饮片煎剂治疗血虚症患者的临床疗效。方法:选取血虚症患者83例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者42例,给予四物汤配方颗粒治疗;对照组患者41例,给予四物汤传统饮片煎剂治疗。两组患者均1剂/d,分早、晚两次口服,整个疗程维持3周,用药期间两组患者均不接受其他治疗药物或治疗方法。用药期间,观察两组患者病症的改善状况,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者痊愈8例,显效20例,好转13例,总有效率97.62%;对照组患者痊愈10例,19例显效,11例好转,总有效率为97.56%,两组患者比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:四物汤配方颗粒与传统饮片煎剂血虚患者的疗效相当。Objective:To compare clinical effects of formula granules and traditional sliced of Siwu decoction in treatment of blood deficiency. Methods:83 patients with blood deficiency were divided into treatment group(42 cases)and control group (41cases). The treatment group was treated with formula granules of Siwu decoction,while the control group was given the traditional sliced of Siwu decoction. The medicines were used twice a day at the morning and night with a dose of medicine at the right amount. The treatment lasted three weeks. No other treatments or drugs were used during the treatment. The efficacies of two groups were ob-served and compared. Results:After the treatment,in the treatment group,8 patients were cured,20 patients were effective and 13 patients were improved with a total effective rate of 97. 62% ;in control group,10 patients were cured,19 patients were effective and 11 patients were improved with the total effective rate of 97. 56% ;and the differences were not significant(P>0. 05). Conclusions:In the treatment of blood deficiency,the formula granules and traditional sliced of Siwu decoction have the similar effects.
