摘　　要：目的:了解东北农村残疾人康复服务的供需矛盾的现状。方法:本文采取定量分析与定性分析相结合,在东北三省、一局(黑龙江农垦总局)范围内进行抽样,共调查了东北三省一局中的8个县、24个乡镇、48个村的5 000名农村残疾人。发放调查问卷5 000份,回收有效问卷4 360份,有效问卷回收率为87.2%。样本占东北残疾人总数的1.33%。结果:本文在对东北农村残疾人的康复现状进行描述的基础上,比较详尽地分析了东北农村残疾人的康复供给现状和供给水平。结论:本文从残疾人康复供给与需求的矛盾中切入,总结了供需矛盾。Objective:To understand status of contradiction between supply and demand of rehabilitation services for the northeast rural disabled. Methods:5000 rural disabled people from 48 villages,24 townships and 8 counties in the northeast and a bu-reau(Heilongjiang land reclamation bureau)were selected and quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed. A total of 5000 copies of the questionnaire were distributed,and 4360 valid questionnaires were collected with a effective response rate of 87. 2% . The sample ac-counted for 1. 33% of the total number of the northeast rural disabled. Results:In the paper,the author comprehensively analyzed the supply status and levels of rehabilitation services for the northeast rural disabled,based on the description of rehabilitation status. Con-clusions:From the point of contradiction between supply and demand of rehabilitation services for the northeast rural disabled,the pa-per has summarized the contradiction between supply and demand.
