摘　　要：建立统一的不动产登记数据库,是保证不动产登记信息完备、准确,支撑不动产登记业务和信息依法查询的前提。本文从不动产登记信息化现状出发,分析了目前不动产登记信息化存在的几个特征,提出了不动产登记数据整合建库应分"三步走"的实施策略。Establishing the unitive database of the real estate registration is the premise which ensures the information ofreal estate registration database complete and accurate and supports inquiring business and information of registration ofreal estate according to law. This article begins from the status of information of real estate registration, analyses severalcharacteristics of current information of the registration of real estate, proposes the implement strategy of three-step tointegrate and create database of the registration of real estate.
