一种手术负压管路脚踏负压控制开关的研制

摘　　要：目的:研制一种脚踏式负压控制开关,可对手术负压吸引管路进行开关控制,解决手术高峰经常出现负压吸引系统吸力不够、手术间噪音大及频繁更换真空泵的难题。方法:脚踏负压控制开关由踏板、底板、管夹、硅胶管、负压管接头及复位弹簧组成等部件构成,硅胶管放置在管夹中,硅胶管的两端分别通过负压管接头与负压管路相连接,当需要负压吸引时只需踩下踏板,负压吸引就能顺利进行。结果:采用研制的脚踏负压控制开关能够保持手术过程中的负压吸引管路的负压压力,降低手术室噪音,使用时只需将此开关串入负压吸引系统吸引管路即可。结论:研制的脚踏式负压控制开关具有无需消毒、寿命长、价格便宜及更换方便等优势,可使负压泵的运转时间减少70%左右,并可降低能源消耗与设备维修频次及其费用,适用于各级医院手术室及重症监护病房(ICU)等科室。Objective：The pedal switch of negative pressure control that we will develop can solve the problems of the low negative pressure, high noise and the frequent exchange of vacuum pump that will appear at the pear of the operation.Methods：The vacuum suction pipe can be controlled by the pedal switch of negative pressure control and when in use, the switch is connected with the suction line, and when the negative is needed, just step on the pedal.Results： Finally the switch can make the vacuum pump running time reduce by 2/3, so it can reduce energy consumption and frequency and cost of the medical equipment maintenance.Conclusion： The switch does not need to be disinfected, and has advantages of a long life, low price, easy replacement and so on. In short, it can be suitable for the operation room, ICU and other departments to promote and save lots of cost for hospitals.
