摘  要:目的:利用医院手术室原有的电气执行设备,改造设计医院手术室内各类照明灯、无影灯、温度、净化等电气装置的控制电路,代替原有故障的电气控制板,方便医护人员操作使用。方法:在分析原手术室电气控制原理及线路的基础上,采用模拟与数字电子技术研制新的电气控制板(即手术室面板),无缝对接并控制原有的电气执行设备。结果:使用新改造涉及的电气控制板无需改变手术室墙体等原有建筑结构,无需更换手术室面板,使医院20余间手术室面板复用,为医院节省近百万余元购置手术室面板设备费用,间接节省数百万手术室墙体改造费用。结论:通过实施医院手术室电气控制板的改造设计,不仅解决了因手术室面板故障需要手术室整体改造而影响手术室使用问题,同时为医院节省大量资金,并可为其他医院手术室面板故障改造工程提供技术参考。Objective:Using the original electric actuator in hospital operating room, to redesign the control circuit of lighting, shadowless lamp, temperature and purification device instead of the faulted panels. It is convenient to the medical workers.Methods: The analog and digital electronic technology was applied to develop new electrical control (hereinafter referred to as the operating panel), matching the electric actuator devices well.Results: There was no original structure and operating panel change in operating room. More than 20 control system operating rooms were reused, saving the cost of nearly one million for new panels and millions for operating room wall renovation.Conclusion: The redesign electrical control of hospital operating room not only solve the problem of panel fault which affect the normal work, but also save money for our hospital. Moreover, it can provide technical reference for the same condition in other hospitals.
