摘　　要：目的:分析移动医疗系统网络安全现状,探讨移动医疗信息网络安全与相关措施。方法:分析接入安全隐患、易受攻击路径、Wi Fi软件干扰等网络风险因素,面向现代医院需求,提出采取覆盖医院信息系统(HIS)无线网络建设、软件系统、数据库以及移动终端的信息技术解决方案。结果:医疗信息网络安全管理方法可保障医疗信息运行安全,预防外来因素的入侵和攻击。结论:强化安全措施及实施解决方案,可大幅提升移动医疗医院信息网络安全性。Objective：To analyze and study the situation and methods of the mobile medical information network security.Methods： The factors of network risk in accession to potential security risks, vulnerable pathway and WiFi software interference were analyzed in order to overlay the network construction, software system, database and mobile terminal.Results：The improved management methods and measures of medical information network security can make medical information safe and prevent invasion and attack from external factors. Conclusion：The mobile medical hospital information network security is very important, so we can boost mobile medical hospital information network security and meet the demand of daily application through the safety measures and solutions.
