摘　　要：目的:调查和分析河北省医疗卫生系统生物安全柜防护性能现状,以加强实验室生物安全管理。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法对河北省的省、市和县级医疗卫生机构共计81台实验室生物安全柜进行现场检测,运用SPSS 18.0软件对检测数据进行统计分析。结果:在被检测的生物安全柜中噪声的合格率为98.77%,照度合格率为50.62%,洁净度和下降气流流速的合格率分别为53.09%和60.49%,高效过滤器完整性合格率为79.01%;常规进行年检的生物安全柜为0台。结论:所有被检测生物安全柜合格率偏低;生物安全柜未按标准进行年检。提示亟待加强生物安全柜的管理、维护和监督工作,推广操作技术规范。Objective：To understand the status of performance test of bio-safety cabinets in medical system in Hebei province.Methods：Stratified random sampling method was used in the performance test of 81 bio-safety cabinets in medical systems in Hebei province and statistics analysis was performed.Results： The qualified rate of noise was 98.77% and the illumination was 50.62%. The qualified rate of cleanliness and downdraft velocity were 53.09% and 60.49%. The qualified rate of integrality of HEPA filters was 79.01%.There was 0 bio-safety cabinet to be checked once a year. Conclusion： The qualified rate of integrality of filters, cleanliness and downdraft velocity were lower. Bio-safety cabinets were in annual check-up irregularly. So it was necessary to do a good job for management, maintenance and supervision of bio-safety cabinets.
