摘  要:目的:通过IQ-SPECT和LEHR-SPECT心肌灌注显像模型,研究二者心肌灌注显像的差别。方法:测量IQ-SPECT和LEHR-SPECT心肌灌注显像模型的断层计数灵敏度,并对重建图像的信噪比、冷区对比度和边缘锐利度进行比较分析。结果:IQ-SPECT心肌灌注显像的断层计数灵敏度是LEHR-SPECT心肌灌注显像的4倍;IQ-SPECT所得重建图像的信噪比优于LEHR-SPECT,且差异显著(t=2.346,P<0.05);IQ-SPECT所得重建图像的冷区对比度优于LEHR-SPECT,具有统计学差异(t=2.571,P<0.05);二者所得重建图像的边缘锐利度相比较无差异(t=1.494,P>0.05)。结论:IQ-SPECT心肌灌注显像采集效率高于LEHRSPECT心肌灌注显像,其重建图像的质量明显提高。Objective:To investigate the influence of IQ/SPECT and LEHR/SPECT on myocardial perfusion imaging.Methods: The phantom was used for comparison between IQ/SPECT and LEHR/SPECT after routing acquisition and image reconstruction. We analyzed the influence of IQ/SPECT and LEHR/SPECT on the quality of images.Results: For the phantom image with same acquisition time, IQ/SPECT was superior to LEHR/SPECT. The differences were significant (t=2.346,P〈0.05). The cold area contrast of reconstruction imaging with IQ/SPECT was superior to LEHR/SPECT. The difference was statistically significant (t=2.571,P〈0.05). The edge sharpness has no differences (t=1.494,P〉0.05).Conclusion: For myocardial perfusion imaging, the use of IQ/SPECT can get high quality images.
