摘  要:目的:探讨^(18)F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG)、^(11)C-蛋氨酸(^(11)C-MET)和^(11)C-胆碱(^(11)C-CHO)PET/CT对脑胶质瘤的临床诊断价值。方法:选取经病理证实的33例胶质瘤患者,使用FXFDG、FXC合成器分别对各显像剂进行合成与质量控制;对脑胶质瘤患者行^(18)F-FDG、^(11)C-MET和^(11)C-CHO PET/CT单独或联合显像,分析3种显像剂联合诊断的灵敏度、特异度和准确率。结果:3种显像剂联合使用进行胶质瘤诊断,其灵敏度、特异度和准确率分别为96%、100%和97%。结论:3种显像剂均为常见正电子显像剂,合成方便,联合使用有利于脑胶质瘤诊断准确性的提高。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic potential value of18F-fluoro-deoxy-glucose (18F-FDG),11C-methionine (11C-MET) and11C-choline (11C-CHO) PET/CT for glioma grading. Methods: The tracer was synthesized by FX-FDG and FX-C synthesizer of GE. 33 cases of suspected patients from September 2011 to September 2013 were chosen for individual and combined imaging, and preliminary data was analyzed.Results: The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy are increased to 96%, 100% and 97% with combined using of the three imaging agent for glioma diagnosis.Conclusion: The accuracy of glioma diagnosis can be improved by combined using18F-FDG,11C-MET and11C-CHO.
