摘 要:恰当的表面工程技术是实现长寿命、高可靠性、高耐磨性铝合金钻杆的关键技术之一。本文选用超声波冷锻技术(Ultrasonic Cold Forging Technology,UCFT)和阳极氧化技术(Anodic Oxidation,AO)对铝合金钻杆材料(7E04)进行表面强化处理。在球盘摩擦磨损试验机上对UCFT和AO处理前后铝合金的摩擦学性能进行表征,选取Zr O2硬质材料的对磨球。结果表明,经UCFT处理后样品表面形成了约为100μm的塑性变形层,表面晶粒细化至56 nm;经AO处理后样品表面生成了多孔的氧化物层,其厚度约60μm;UCFT处理与AO处理均不同程度地提高了样品的表面硬度和耐磨性;且AO处理能有效降低样品的摩擦系数;与未处理的样品表面发生了磨料磨损、粘着磨损和塑性形变不同,UCFT处理的样品呈现出典型的粘着磨损形貌,AO处理的样品主要为疲劳磨损形式。Appropriate surface processing is one of the key techniques for realization of the long lifetime, high reliability, and high wear resistance of a- luminum drill pipes. Ultrasonic cold forging technology(UCFT) and anodic oxidatio (AO) were applied to strengthen the surface of aluminum (7E04) drill pipes in this work. The tribological performances of the UCFT and AO samples were characterized by the ball-on-disk wear tester, and the hard materi- al ZrO2 was selected as the counter ball. The results show that a plastically deformed layer with a thickness of about 100 μm and a refined grain size of 56 nm on the top surface was formed on the surface of the UCFT sample. After AO treatment,a porous oxidized layer with a thickness about 60 μm has been formed. The surface hardness and wear resistance of both the UCFT and AO samples are improved to some degree,and the friction coefficient of AO sample is effectively decreased. The untreated sample presents a co-action of the abrasive wear,adhesion wear and plastic deformation. Whereas,the wear mecha- nism of the UCFT sample is the typical adhesive wear;and the dominant wear mechanism of the AO sample is the fatigue wear.
