改善波纹板片激光焊接质量的同轴保护气罩研究

摘　　要：不锈钢波纹换热板片的激光焊接轨迹为横纵交错的焊缝,焊接时需要同轴吹气对焊缝进行保护。设计了一种结构紧凑、有效保护面积大的同轴保护气罩,采用该同轴保护气罩对不锈钢波纹换热板片和试板进行焊接试验,焊后按照ASMEⅨ的相关规定对试板进行工艺评定,工艺评定的结果表明,利用该同轴保护气罩焊接的试板焊缝保护良好,成型均匀稳定,满足激光焊接的工艺评定要求。Laser welding stainless steel corrugated heat exchange plate tracks for vertical and horizontal staggered welding line,when the welding require coaxial blowing protection.A compact structure,large effective protection area of coaxial protection air trap is designed,with this coaxial protection air trap on stainless steel corrugated heat exchanger plate and test plate welding test,after welding in accordance with the relevant provisions of the ASME Ⅸ of test plate for welding procedure qualification,the results show that the used of the coaxial protection air trap welding test plate well protected,forming uniform and stable laser welding technology to meet the qualification requirements.
