摘 要:传统的偏心异径管建模方法建模步骤多、耗时长、过程复杂,而且偏心异径管壁厚在周向变化不等,会出现减薄现象,误差较大,特别是在ANSYS软件中建模的过程尤其复杂不便,导致根据此模型进行的后期分析计算结果和实际情况相差较大,不利于偏心异径管的设计、分析及制造。利用Pro/E的可变截面扫描工具,提出了一种新的偏心异径管建模方法。采用该方法有效避免了减薄现象,建模过程简便,误差小,后期数据处理快捷方便,能够兼容于ANSYS有限元分析软件,可为偏心异径管的设计、研究提供方便。The traditional modeling method of eccentric reducers is usually aprocess of multistep,time-consuming and complex process,and the wall thickness varies from circumferential to change,thinning phenomenon appear,therefore the error is larger,especially modeling in ANSYS,the process is especially complex,inconvenient.This will inevitably lead to quite difference between the analysis results and the actual situation based on this model,it is not conducive to the design,analysis and manufacturing of eccentric reducer.Based on this situation,a new modeling method for eccentric reducer is presented by using Pro/E's"variable cross section scanning"tool.This method can effectively avoid the thinning phenomenon,at the same time,the modeling process is simple,small error,and data processing quick and easy,and is compatible with ANSYS finite element analysis software,it is convenience to study the eccentric reducer for engineers and technicians.
