摘　　要：常见化工容器目前多从设备专业的角度进行设计,从工艺专业的角度,对常见化工容器的选型、设计与计算进行了探讨。选型方面,结合常见化工容器在化工过程中的功能特点,提供了容器按照结构的分类表,综合工艺介质类型、物性和存储状态特点,提供了选型对照表。设计方面,提供了容器的设计压力和设计温度选取原则,并对可能存在的问题进行了探讨。计算方面,提供了容器体积、直径、长度以及内构件等的计算公式,作为容器工艺设计确定尺寸时的参考。此外,还对化工容器附件的选型设计做了原则说明。Selection,design and calculation of typical chemical vessel are discussed based on a view of chemical engineering and process major instead of equipment major.For vessel type selection,two classification tables are available,with which a vessel can be defined according to its structure characteristics combined with its function in a chemical process,and then be selected for storing materials of certain conditions including existing forms and physical properties.For vessel design,a design pressure selection principle table and a design temperature selection table is available,and potential problems are further discussed as well.For vessel calculation,formula for vessel dimensions including volume,diameter and length are available.What＇s more,principle instruction of vessel attachment type selection,design and calculation for vessel attachments are detailed.
