摘 要:以脂肪酸甲酯为原料,以甲醇作为甲氧基化试剂,氯气作为氯化试剂,在紫外光照条件下,制备氯代甲氧基脂肪酸甲酯增塑剂,并对产品的化学结构和性能进行表征。傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)显示,产品在654.74 cm^(-1)、609.81 cm^(-1)处出现了C-Cl键特征吸收峰,在1 100.77 cm^(-1)处出现了甲氧基的吸收峰;碘值测定结果表明,氯代甲氧基化反应后,不饱和脂肪酸甲酯的含量显著降低,碘值从75.4降至0.5,表明生成了氯代甲氧基脂肪酸甲酯。对产品的物化性能包括密度、黏度、加热减量以及增塑后的膜性能进行了表征。结果表明:与环氧脂肪酸甲酯对比,除增塑效率略有降低外,其他性能如与聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂的相容性、耐迁移性、耐热性能均有较大提升,增塑后的PVC膜极限氧指数为24.5%,与环氧脂肪酸甲酯增塑的PVC膜的20.5%相比,该增塑剂能提高PVC制品的阻燃性能。Fatty acid methyl ester used as raw material, methanol used as methoxy agent, ultraviolet light used as light resource, C12 used as chlorine agent, chloro-methoxy fatty acid methyl ester was prepared and the structure as well as properties of product were investigated in detail.FFIR analysis indicates that three absorption peaks occur at 1 100.77 cm^-1,654.74 cm^-1,609.81 cm^-1 , which proves the generation of chloro-methoxy fatty acid methyl ester. Data changes about the iodine value reveals that the content of unsaturated fatty acid methyl ester decreases significantly and the iodine value decreases from 87.7 to 8.7 after chlorination, which also supports the generation of ehloro-methoxy fatty acid methyl ester. Investigation of properties of product, including density, viscosity and heating weight loss, anti-migration, etc reveal that the compatibility, thermal stability and migration resistance of product are all superior to the epoxy fatty acid methyl ester except for slight decrease of plasticizing efficiency. In addition, the limiting oxygen index of plasticized PVC was 24.5% for chloro-methoxy fatty acid methyl ester and 20.5% for epoxidized fatty acid methyl ester, showing an enhanced flame retardant effect.
