摘 要:毛皮制品在使用过程中不可避免的会接触到汗液,而由于受到各种因素的作用,其耐汗性能会发生变化。采用氙灯光源模拟太阳光对毛皮进行25℃、65℃两种温度下老化试验,再使用碱性人工汗液对老化前后的毛皮进行浸泡。通过测定其汗浸出物量、浸出液pH值和皮板面积的变化情况来考察毛皮制品在使用过程中耐汗性能的变化情况。结果表明:较高温度下,毛皮老化后,汗浸出物量和皮板面积收缩率均增加,浸出液的pH值降低更多。由此可以得出,毛皮在氙灯老化过程中,其耐汗性能会变差。Fur goods will inevitably come into contact with sweat, and the its sweat to resistance will be influenced becuase of varied of factors when they were used.The sunlight has been simulated using Xe-lamp on fur for aging test at 25 ℃,65 ℃, and the unaged and aged fur would be soaked using alkaline artificial perspiration. By measuring changes in the amount of extracts, the pH of leach liquor and the area of leather to examine changes in the sweat to resistance of fur goods during use. The results show that after aged at higher temperatures, both of the amount of extracts and the percentage of area shrinkage were increased, and the pH of leach liquor was much decreased. It can be concluded that the sweat to resistance of fur will be getting worse with the light aging by Xe-lamp.
