摘 要:在无溶剂条件下,采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-3)和N,N二甲基乙醇胺(DMEA)对苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)进行酯化改性,制备苯乙烯-马来酸酐酯化产物(SMAH)。探索了催化剂种类及用量、反应温度、反应时间对反应酯化率的影响,并考察了反应过程中体系黏度的变化情况。运用核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)和傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对酯化产物(SMAH)结构进行表征。结果表明,当反应物SMA、AEO-3、DMEA投料摩尔比为1∶0.5∶0.5,丙酸作催化剂(占反应物质量分数2%),90℃下反应4 h,酯化率可达到72.9%。皮革复鞣应用结果表明,SMAH对皮革具有显著的复鞣填充效果。The esterification of poly(styrene-alt-maleic anhydride) (SMAH) was prepared by the esterification modification of N,N-Dimethylethanolamine and Primary Alcohol Ethoxylate to poly (styrene-alt-maleic anhydride)(SMA) without solvent.The effect of modification conditions,such as the types and amount of catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time, on the esterifieation rate were further investigated, the change of the system viscosity during the reaction was also investigated. The structure of SMAH was characterized by means of FITR and 1HNMR.The results show the esterification rate was 72.9% when the molar ratio of SMA, N,N-Dimethylethanolamine and Primary Alcohol Ethoxylate was 1:0.5:0.5, respectively, when the mass faction of Propionic acid was 2% ,and when the reaction temperature was kept at 90 ~C for 4 h. The application results show that the product can significantly change the mechanical properties of the leather and have Filling effect with SMAH.
