摘 要:通过对酶的高效性和专一性特性实验分析,结合牛皮脱毛机理,研制由碱性蛋白酶制剂组成的酶法脱毛配方用于汽车牛皮革制造,保证脱毛过程的绝对安全,又在化学与酶协同作用下,克服牛皮革生产中浸灰材料的渗透慢、小毛不易脱净的缺陷,避免毛干被溶解,经滤毛器过滤可作回收利用,不仅产生较好经济效益,又大幅度降低制革生产的COD排放及废液中氨氮的含量。The currently advanced Hair saving unhairing technology is to use lime in order to protect the body of hair. The sodium sulfur would be used to destroy the hair root and remove the hair.However, some problems still remain like environmental pollution by limed hair and small hair can not be removed completely which is hard to be applied in mass production. This study illustrated a enzyme to resolve this unhairing leather making process. The method can remove hair on the pelt after liming and the body of hair can keep as whole after filter press which can be collected and reused, therefore, the COD and Nitrogen discharge of this enzyme unhairing process is reduced substantially.
