新疆乌鲁木齐市某甲醇制混合芳烃项目职业病危害因素的识别与控制对策

摘　　要：目的依据国家相关职业病防治法律、法规,结合新疆甘泉堡工业园某10万t/a甲醇制混合芳烃项目的特点,对产生的职业病危害进行识别,分析劳动者的接触水平及对健康的影响,为控制职业病危害、保护劳动者健康提出对策。方法通过现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、作业分级、健康检查等方法收集和分析资料。结果该企业部分工种总粉尘浓度为4.17 mg/m^3,呼吸性粉尘浓度为2.13 mg/m^3;合成工段巡检工噪声8h等效声级为85.6dB(A),压缩工段巡检工8h等效声级为89.2dB(A),均超过国家标准限值。职业卫生管理、职业健康监护、防护设施及个人防护用品配备等方面符合国家标准的要求。结论该企业为职业病危害严重的建设项目,锅炉岗位巡检工所接触的粉尘及压缩/合成工段所接触的噪声列为本项目职业病危害的防护重点,需要在防治方面采取有效措施,防止职业病发生。[Objective]According to the national laws and regulations related to the prevention and control of occupational diseases,and based upon the characteristics of a 100 000 t/a methanol-to-BTX aromatics project in Oasis Fort Industrial Park of Xinjiang,to identify the occupational hazard factors,analyze the exposure level of laborers and the impact on their health,and put forward the countermeasures for controlling the occupational hazards and protecting the laborers＇ health. [Methods]The data was collected and analyzed through the field investigation,occupational hazard factor examination,work classification and health examination.[Results]The concentration of total dust and respiratory dust in some posts was 4.17 mg/m^3 and 2.13 mg/m^3 respectively,and the8-hour equivalent sound level of noise in inspection workers of synthesis section and compression section was 85.6 d B（A） and89.2 d B（A）respectively,which all exceeded the national standard limits. The results of occupational health management,occupational health surveillance,protection facilities and personal protective equipments met the requirements of the national standards.[Conclusion]This enterprise is the construction project with severe occupational hazards. The dust which boiler inspectors are exposed to and the noise which the workers of synthesis section and compression section are exposed to are the keys of occupational hazard protection in this project. It is necessary to take the effective prevention measures to prevent the occupational diseases.
