摘 要:目的了解精神疾病专科医院收费窗口工作人员心理压力以及产生的原因,并探讨应对策略。方法对2所精神疾病专科医院52名收费窗口工作人员采用SCL-90症状自评量表、抑郁自评量表(SAS)以及焦虑自评量表(SDS)进行心理状态分析,并对心理压力产生的原因进行调查分析。结果 2所精神疾病专科医院收费窗口工作人员SCL-90的躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性、阳性项目数以及总分均明显高于国内常模水平,SAS及SDS评分也均明显高于国内常模水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者家属的不理解、劳动强度过大以及薪资和晋升压力是主要的心理压力来源。结论精神疾病医院应重视收费窗口工作人员心理压力问题,及时采取心理干预措施。[Objective]To understand the psychological stress among cashiers in psychiatric hospitals and its reasons,explore the countermeasures.[Methods]52 cashiers from 2 psychiatric hospitals were investigated with the Symptom check list-90(SCL-90),the Self-rating depression scale(SDS),and the Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),to analyze their psychological state,and the reasons were investigated and analyzed.[Results]The score of somatization,obsessive-compulsive,depression,anxiety,horror,and psychoticism,the positive factor number and total score of SCL-90 among cashiers of psychiatric hospitals were significantly higher than the national norm level. The SAD and SDS scores were higher than the national norm levels. The differences were statistically significant(P0.05). The incomprehension of patients' families,heavy labor intensity,salary and promotion pressure were the main sources of stress. [Conclusion] The psychiatric hospitals should pay attention to psychological pressure of cashiers,and take psychological interventions.
