摘　　要：目的对兰州铁路局铁路辖区内游泳池水质卫生状况进行分析,为提出有效的卫生管理措施、改善游泳池水质卫生状况提供科学依据。方法依据《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》,于2013—2014年对兰州铁路局铁路辖区游泳池水质进行采样监测。结果主要不合格指标是池水温度、游离性余氯和尿素。这3项指标2年的合格率分别为6.08%、33.08%和72.74%,2013年尿素和细菌总数的合格率明显低于2014年,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.560,P〈0.05和χ^2=6.651,P〈0.01）。尿素和细菌总数的超标月份主要集中在7—9月,2年儿童池的尿素超标率均高于成人池（χ^2=10.573和χ^2=12.450,均P〈0.01）。结论兰州铁路局铁路辖区内游泳池水质卫生状况不容忽视,须加强对各项卫生指标的监测及加大卫生监管力度,确保游泳池水质达到良好的卫生状况。[Objective]To analyze the sanitary condition of water quality in swimming pools of area administrated by Lanzhou Railway Bureau,provide a scientific basis for putting forward the effective health management measures and improving the sanitary condition of swimming pool water quality. [Methods]According to the Rules of health monitoring for public places,the sampling and monitoring of water quality in swimming pools of area administrated by Lanzhou Railway Bureau were performed from 2013-2014.[Results]The main unqualified indexes were water temperature,free residual chlorine and urea,which the qualified rate was respectively 6.08%,33.08% and 72.74%. The qualified rates of urea and total bacterial count in 2013 were lower than those in2014,and the differences were statistically significant（χ~2=4.560,P〈0.05 and χ~2=6.651,P〈0.01）. The unqualified status of urea and total bacterial count mainly concentrated July to September. In two years,the unqualified rates of urea in child pool were higher than those in adult pool（χ~2=10.57,χ~2=12.450,P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The sanitary condition of water quality in swimming pools of area administrated by Lanzhou Railway Bureau can not be ignored. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the sanitary indexes,enhance the health supervision,to ensure the sanitary condition of swimming pool water.
