摘  要:目的了解上海市闵行区游泳池水质卫生状况及变化趋势,为加强游泳池的卫生管理提供科学依据。方法按照GB/T 18204-2000《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》对2010—2014年闵行区各种类型游泳池水进行抽检的1 199份水样检测细菌总数、大肠菌群、浑浊度、p H值、尿素等指标;根据GB 9667-1996《游泳场所卫生标准》进行结果评价。结果 1 199份水样的总合格份数为870份,5年平均合格率为72.56%,,各年份间合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.60,P〈0.05),尿素5年平均合格率最低为75.06%;各类场所5年平均合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=107.7,P〈0.01),健身房年平均合格率最低为57.03%。结论该区游泳池水质合格率不高,存在一定的安全隐患,应加大相关监督力度和卫生知识宣传。[Objective]To understand the sanitary condition and change trend of water quality in swimming pools of Minhang District in Shanghai,provide scientific basis for strengthening health management of swimming pools.[Methods]According to the Standard examination methods for public places(GB/T 18204-2000),1 199 samples of swimming pool water were collected from different kinds of swimming pools in Minhang District from 2010-2014,and the levels of total bacteria counts,coliforms,turbidity,p H value and urea were detected. The laboratory results were evaluated according to the Hygienic standard for swimming place(GB 9667-1996).[Results]870 of 1 199 water samples were qualified,the average qualified rate in 5 years was 72.56%,and the difference in the annual qualified rate was statistically significant(χ~2=11.60,P〈0.05). The average qualified rate of urea in 5 years was the lowest(75.06%). The difference in the average qualified rate in 5 years was statistically significant among different swimming pools(χ~2=107.7,P〈0.05),and the average qualified rate of swimming pools in gymnasiums was the lowest(57.03%).[Conclusion]The qualified rate of water quality in swimming pools is low in Minhang District,and there are safety hazards. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and health knowledge publicity.
