云南大姚某劳务公司粉尘作业农民工职业健康检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨粉尘对农民工健康状况的影响。方法将云南大姚某劳务公司2013年职业健康检查资料共1 863份建立数据库进行统计分析。结果该劳务公司农民工矽肺患者60例(其中54例为新检出),检出率为2.90%;矽肺患者合并肺结核2例,肺结核合并率为3.33%;矽肺的平均发病工龄为(7.75±2.11)a;肺功能障碍者119例,检出率为6.39%;检出高血压233例,检出率为12.51%;心电图异常表现者188例,检出率为10.09%。矽肺检出率随作业者年龄和接尘工龄的增加而增加,肺功能障碍、心电图异常检出率均随作业者接尘工龄的增加而增加,高血压检出率随作业者年龄的增加而增加。结论该公司所属企业的矽尘危害较严重,应加强粉尘危害的监督和管理,加强对接尘农民工的自我防护和慢性病防治教育。[Objective]To explore the influence of dust on health of migrant workers. [Methods]1863 reports of occupational health examination in a labor service company of Dayao in Yunnan Province were collected and statistically analyzed.[Results]There were 60 cases of silicosis in migrant workers,including 54 new cases,and the detection rate was 2.90%. There were 2 cases of silicosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis,with the complicated rate of 3.33%. The average working age of silicosis onset was（7.75±2.11）years. There were 119 cases of pulmonary dysfunction with the detection rate of 6.39%,233 cases of hypertension with the detection rate of 12.51%,and 188 cases of electrocardiographic abnormality with the detection rate of10.09%. The detec tion rate of silicosis increased with increasing age and dust-exposure age,the detection rate of pulmonary dysfunction and elec trocar diographic abnormality increased with increasing dust-exposure age,and the detection rate of hyperten sion increased with increasing age. [Conclusion]The enterprises of this company have serious hazard of silicon dust. It is neces sary to strengthen the supervision and administration of dust,and improve the health education of self protection and chronic diseases prevention in migrant workers exposed to dust.
