摘　　要：目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐地区医疗卫生机构二级生物安全实验室(BSL-2)现状,对实验室的安全状况作初步分析,为进一步加强和规范乌鲁木齐地区二级生物安全实验室管理提供科学依据。方法以该地区29家医疗卫生机构作为调查对象,通过专家现场查验、实验室相关资料审核、填写统一检查表并最终通过讨论提出整改意见获取资料。结果在调查的10项指标中,有5项指标的符合率达到80%以上,即组织领导与人员管理、生物安全管理体系、实验活动备案、意外事故及消毒灭菌;实验室设施及布局、个人防护用品、标识以及年检报告的符合情况较差,符合率分别为58.6%、62.1%、74.1%、43.1%。结论乌鲁木齐地区BSL-2总体状况良好,实验室设施及布局、个人防护用品、标识以及年检报告等方面不符合有关规定或存在薄弱环节,有待进一步完善与提高。[Objective] To understand the status of grade-two biological safety laboratory（BSL-2） in medical and health institutions in Urumqi area,preliminarily analyze the security situation of the laboratory,and provide scientific evidence for further strengthening the management of grade-two biological safety laboratory in Urumqi area.[Methods]29 medical and health institutions in Urumqi area were collected as the research objects. Through expert on-site inspection,laboratory related data examination,and filling in the unified examination table,the rectification opinions and information were obtained.[Results]Among10 investigated indexes,the coincidence rate of 5 indexes reached 80%,including organizational leadership and personnel management,biological safety management system,experimental activities record,accidents and disinfection/sterilization. The results of laboratory facilities and layout,personal protective equipment,identification and annual report were not high,which the coincidence rate was 58.6%,62.1%,74.1% and 43.1%,respectively.[Conclusion]The overall situation of BSL-2 in Urumqi area is good. The laboratory facilities and layout,personal protective equipment,identification and annual report have not met the relevant provisions,which should be further improved and enhanced.
