摘　　要：目的探讨DAMIC模式在完全植入式输液港患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法2015年7月开始将DAMIC模式运用于完全植入式输液港患者的健康教育中，改进当前完全植入式输液港患者健康教育中的不足。结果实施DAMIC模式后，完全植入式输液港患者健康教育的达标率和满意度（分别为91．78％、87．29％）均明显高于实施前（分别为58％、69％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论DAMIC模式是可以运用于完全植入式输液港患者健康教育的有效管理手段。Objective To explore the application effect of DAMIC mode in health education for patients with totally implantable venous-access ports. Methods Since the beginning of July 2015, DAMIC mode have been applied to the health education for patients with totally implantable venous-access ports, in order to improve the deficiency of the current health education for patients with totally implantable infusion ports. Results The achieved rate and the satisfaction degree of the patients with implantable venous-access ports on health education after the implementation of DAMIC （91.78% , 87.29% respectively） were significantly higher than （58% , 69% respectively） before, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion DAMIC mode is an effective management which can be applied to the health education for patients with implantable infusion ports.
