摘  要:为了研究早餐餐厨垃圾和午餐餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产沼气的潜力及含油对沼气发酵的影响,在中温30℃下,对早餐含油组、早餐分油组、午餐含油组及午餐分油组进行了实验.实验结果表明,早餐组的产气潜力明显要比午餐的高,早餐含油组、早餐分油组、午餐含油组及午餐分油组的累计产气量分别为6 606mL、6 842mL、2 442mL、3 199mL,原料TS产气量分别为740.58mL·g-1、767.04mL·g-1、273.77mL·g-1、358.63mL·g-1.含油组所产沼气中的甲烷含量要比分油组的高.In order to study the biogas production by anaerobic digestion with breakfast and lunch kitchen garbage and the effect of oil in kitchen garbage,the anaerobic fermentation experi ments were performed at 30 ~C. The results indicated that the biogas production of breakfast kitchen garbage group was higher than lunch kitchen garbage group. In particular, the cumulative gas production in the group of breakfast kitchen garbage that have oil and that have not oil was 6 606 mL and 6 842 mI.,and the group of lunch kitchen garbage that have oil and that have not oil was 2 442 mL and 3 199 mL. Furthermore,the TS gas production of four groups were 740.58 mL·g-1、767.04mL·g-1、273.77mL·g-1 and 358.63 mL·g-1. The content of methane in the group that has oil was higher than the group that has not oil.
