二氧化碳激光治疗联合5-氟尿嘧啶对扁平疣的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨二氧化碳激光治疗联合5-氟尿嘧啶对扁平疣的疗效。方法：选择2012年2月~2015年9月在我院进行诊治的扁平疣患者121例,男62例,女59例,其中观察组61例给予二氧化碳激光联合5-氟尿嘧啶注射液治疗,对照组60例给予二氧化碳激光治疗,比较两组的疗效,T淋巴细胞亚群,复发率及不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率为98.36%,明显高于对照组91.67%（P〈0.05）;经治疗后,两组治疗后的CD4＋、CD8＋和CD4＋/CD8＋均较治疗前有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;与对照组相比,观察组治疗后的CD4＋和CD4＋/CD8＋明显升高,CD8＋明显降低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的复发率为5.88%,明显低于对照组的15.00%（P〈0.05）;两组的不良反应发生情况无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：二氧化碳激光治疗联合5-氟尿嘧啶对扁平疣疗效显著,可明显提高患者免疫功能,降低扁平疣的复发率,值得临床应用推广。Objective： To explore the curative effect of carbon dioxide laser combined with 5-fluorouracil on the treatment of ver- ruca planajuvenilis. Methods： Selected 121 cases of patients with fiat wart in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2015 were di- vided into observation group （61 cases） and control group （60 cases）. The patients in observation group were treated with carbon dioxide laser combined with 5-fluorouracil, and the patients in control group were treated with carbon dioxide laser. The efficacy, T lymphocyte subsets, recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were detected and compared. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 98.36 %, which was significantly higher than that of control group 91.67 % （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the level of CD8＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ and CD4＋ were significantly different in two groups （P〈0.05）, and compared with control group, CD4＋/CD8＋ and CD4＋ were significantly higher in observation group, and CD8＋ was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; and the recurrence rate of the observation group （5.88 %） was significantly lower than the control group （15 %） （P〈0.05）; there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： Carbon dioxide laser therapy combined with 5-fluorouracil for the treatment of fiat wart is significant, can significantly improve the immune function, and reduce the recurrence rate of verruca plana juvenilis, worthy of clinical application.
