摘　　要：目的:探讨日间手术在苏北某三甲医院实施后,对患者住院日和住院费用的影响,为进一步推进日间手术的实施提供依据。方法:以2015年行日间手术项目的 732例患者为"日间手术"组,2014年同期未实施日间手术的手术患者753例为"对照组",采用频数分析、成组t检验等方法对数据进行研究。结果:日间手术项目在降低患者住院费用方面效果明显。结论:日间手术在降低患者医疗费用、提高医疗资源使用效率方面优势显著。Objective：To evaluate the effect of day surgery on length of stay and average costs in a triple-A hospital in northern Jiangsu Province, and to provide the basis for further promoting the implementation of day surgery. Methods： The day surgery group included 732 patients who undergone day surgery in 2015. The control group included 753 patients who did not undergone day surgery in the same period in 2014. Frequency statistics method and t-test were performed to analyze the data. Results： Average costs were found to be significantly decreased in the day surgery group. Conclusion： Day surgery plays an effective role in reducing the burden on patients and improve the efficiency of the use of medical resources.
