摘  要:目的对我国医学教学中应用学生标准化病人与传统教学方法相比,应用系统分析的方法做出综合评价。方法收集我国高等医学院校2015年12月23日前所有公开发表的,关于学生标准化病人教学与传统教学方法比较的随机对照研究,并应用Meta分析的方法对学生理论成绩、实践成绩及总成绩的差异,并对学生总体满意度和沟通满意度做出统计。结果应用学生标准化病人的教学方法与传统教学方法相比,学生的理论成绩、实践成绩以及总成绩均升高(P<0.05),而且学生总体满意度及沟通满意度分别为96.3%和87.4%。结论在我国高等医学教育中应用学生标准化病人的教学模式较传统方法具有一定优势,能够提高学生的成绩,并具有较高的满意度。Objective To compare the effect between the students standardized patients teaching method with traditional teaching method in Chinese medical education by systematicanalysis. Methods All the article which contain the comparison between students standardized patients with traditional teaching method with publishing date before December 23, 2015 was collected. Then the theoretical score, practical score and total score of the students was analyzed by Meta analysis method and the total and the communication degree of satisfaction of the students was also calculated. Results The students standardized patients teaching method could improve the theoretical, practical and total score of students obviously(P〈0.05), and the communication degree of satisfaction of the students was 96.3% and 87.4%. Conclusion The students standardized patients teaching method is better than traditional teaching method by promotion the score and score of students in medical education of our country.
