现代病理学技术条件下特殊染色的应用价值

摘　　要：特殊染色主要是通过对相应的成分进行染色,以便了解与明确组织或细胞中正常结构或病理过程中出现的异常物质、病变或病原体等。特殊染色主要现代病理学技术范畴,对病态状态下的细胞、组织与器官结构与功能的改变情况具有较好的显示与明确作用,并且可以通过特殊染色为临床诊断、治疗与预防提供科学的依据。因此,在现代病理学技术中应重视特殊染色,加强应用,充分发挥出其应有的作用与价值。Special staining is mainly through the components of the corresponding staining, in order to understand and clear tissues or cells in normal festival or in pathological process of abnormal substances and disease or pathogen. Special staining was mainly modern pathology study technology category, the morbid state of cells, tissues and organs of the structure and function of change has a better display and a clear role, and by special staining for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention to provide a scientific basis. Therefore, we should pay special attention to the special dyeing, strengthen the application and give full play to its proper function and value in the modern pathological technology.
