摘　　要：目的探讨单排螺旋CT合理操作对球管寿命的影响。方法统计比较单排螺旋CT机操作改进前后球管曝光次数,分析延长球管寿命的操作因素。结果单排螺旋CT机操作改进后,2年内6支球管单支曝光次数以及总曝光次数均高于操作改进前(P<0.05)。结论提高单排螺旋机球管操作水平能够延长球管寿命。Objective To investigate the effect of single row spiral CT on the life of spherical tube. Methods Comparing the single row spiral CT operation factors before and after the improvement, analysis the operating factors to extend the life of spherical tube. Results Operations improvement of single row spiral CT, the single exposure times of 6 tube and total exposure times within two years were significantly higher than before operations improvement（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Improving the operation level of single row screw machine can significantly prolong the life of spherical tube.
