综合护理干预对老年长期卧床患者褥疮发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理干预对老年长期卧床患者褥疮发生率的影响。方法选择80例长期卧床老年患者,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较两组主要受压部位表皮温度及体表压力变化,观察褥疮发生率情况。结果观察组褥疮发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(17.5%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组受压部位皮温、体表压力低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可有效降低长期卧床老年患者表皮温度和体表压力,进而减少褥疮发生率。Objective To analyze comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of pressure ulcers in elderly bedridden patients. Methods 80 patients bedridden elderly patients were selected,the control group received routine care, integrated care group were observed, the main pressure areas were compared skin temperature and surface pressure changes were observed incidence of pressure ulcers situation. Results The incidence of pressure ulcers was（2.5%） significantly lower than the control group was（17.5%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the observation group pressure parts of the skin temperature, surface pressure was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the bedridden elderly patients skin temperature and surface pressure, thereby reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers.
