护理干预应用于荨麻疹患者护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析护理干预应用于荨麻疹患者护理中的效果观察。方法选取我院收治荨麻疹患者116例,将其随机分为观察组(62例)和对照组(54例),对照组进行常规护理,观察组则在常规护理中进行干预护理,两组患者的临床效果进行比较。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为96.77%高于对照组的75.93%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规的基础治疗上进行护理干预治疗荨麻疹患者有效的提高临床治疗疗效,缩短治疗时间并可减少并发症状出现。Objective Analysis of nursing interventions used in patient care urticaria effects observed. Methods 116 patients with urticaria were chosen in our hospital, which were randomly divided into observation group（62 cases） and control group（54 cases）, routine care control group, the intervention group was observed in conventional nursing care, two groups of patients clinical results were compared. Results Clinical observation of patients, the total effective rate of 96.77% was significantly higher than 75.93%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy nursing intervention urticaria patients effectively improve the clinical efficacy, shorten treatment time and reduce concurrent symptoms.
