摘　　要：目的分析护理干预对老年性聋伴耳鸣患者心理状态及疗效的影响。方法选择老年性聋患者120例,随即分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组60例患者,其中耳鸣51例;对照组60例患者,其中耳鸣46例。两组均接受相同的治疗;观察组在药物治疗基础上实施护理干预疗法。结果治疗组与对照组焦虑抑郁状态差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对老年性聋伴耳鸣患者心理状态及治疗有较好辅助作用。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on mental state and curative effect of elderly patients with deafness and tinnitus. Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with deafness were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group of 60 cases, including 51 cases of tinnitus, 60 cases of the control group, including 46 cases of tinnitus. The two groups received the same treatment, the observation group on the basis of drug treatment, the implementation of nursing intervention therapy. Results Compared with the control group, there were significant differences in anxiety and depression state and tinnitus symptoms（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention has a good effect on the psychological state and treatment of elderly patients with tinnitus.
